According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) 2023/24, Norway has the lowest share of young entrepreneurs aged 18–34 among the 45 countries included in the study. Among Norway’s many talented young people, far too few dare to pursue entrepreneurship — and this is what we at Krusninger aim to change.
As an impact venture studio, Krusninger creates new initiatives and builds organizations that give young people the tools, networks, and confidence they need to become successful entrepreneurs solving major societal challenges. Our long-term vision is to be the reason why more young people — who today choose safe careers at large companies like Equinor or as consultants — instead become entrepreneurs who create value and drive innovation.
We believe the world — and society — is missing out on tremendous human potential because, at a systemic level, we don’t do enough to ensure more children and youth can become tomorrow’s founders. But we see this as a solvable problem — one that can be overcome through systemic change and targeted action.
Our Process
Together with our partners, we develop, finance and scale initiatives. The common goal in everything we do is: create more entrepreneurs solving big problems.

We take inspiration from the world’s best ideas, adapting proven models and bold solutions to fit the unique opportunities and needs in Norway. By combining global insights with local action, we ensure that each project has the potential to spark lasting impact. Whether we’re building new ventures or partnering with talented founders, our focus is on projects that inspire innovation, address pressing challenges, and empower the next generation of entrepreneurs.
2. Find the Right Partners
At Krusninger, we know that creating meaningful change takes more than just one individual or organization – it takes a network of passionate and committed partners. For every project we are looking for the right partners. We think collaboration is key and partner with both individuals, organisations, companies, government bodies, and public offices to turn ambitious ideas into impactful projects and ventures.
3. Develop impactful initiatives
Together with our partners we develop great concepts with selv sustaining business models.
4. Fail fast, learn, tweak, repeat
We seek to launch initiatives fast, tweak and adapt until we reach proof of concept.
5. Operate and Scale
We operate and scale with the goal of achieving the biggest possible impact.
